"The Best Manager Competition"

The PGDMA students at ICAR-NAARM are proud to present one of its flagship event of Sankalp’19 – Adhishtatha The Best Manager. The event is here to find the best business managers in making. It is an event to test your abilities, explore your skills and showcase your talents and mettle.

Event Format:

​

The event will be conducted in 3 rounds:

​

Round 1 - Quiz 

This is an online quiz which will be hosted on Dare2Compete.

​

Round 2 – Abstract Submission 

Shortlisted participants have to prepare an abstract on the given task  which must be uploaded in PDF format with the file name "Adhishtatha 2019<Participant's registered name>".

​

Round 3 – On Campus Rounds

The shortlisted participants are tested in various managerial skills.

​

Guidelines:

• The competition is open for postgraduate students in management only.

• Team size: Individual.

• Each participant can submit only one entry. Multiple entries from a participant are not permissible and will hence be disqualified. 

• Please ensure to carry your college ID card for verification purposes.

• In case of any dispute, the decision of judges will be final and binding.

• Shortlisted candidates are expected to bring their laptop and 2 CV hard copies.
